Shazia sits at our reception desk to answer your call personally when you phone us or to greet you as you enter the office. Her warm smile will make you comfortable and she will get you refreshments if you have to wait. But she does so much more…making sure all our GIC purchases are properly recorded and confirmed, and that our mail communications with you are properly directed.
Kendra has been with us over 14 years, and is an expert at trade execution and account administration.
She also lends her expertise preparing financial projections and portfolio analyses for our advisors.
Shona handles insurance applications, renewals, and related administration.
She is also proficient in financial projections preparation and other analyses.
Ingrid does our bookkeeping and corporate payments.
Though she’s freelance and is only with us one day a week, she’s been with us many years and is part of the family. She’s even done work for some of our clients on the days she’s not with us.
